Evangelist Cheryl Brantley is the eldest daughter of the late Ulysses English, Sr. and Marion English Roberson. Her educational preparation took place in Miami-Dade County Schools, graduating from Miami North
Western High School and Long Island University and Trinity College and Seminary for Graduate studies in Health Administration and Biblical Studies.
Evangelist Brantley was nurtured as a child in her Christian faith at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leaderships of the late Rev. A.M. Griffin and the late Rev. Dr. Arthur Jackson, Jr. It was during her second year in college, at a time of rebellion in her life that God reveled His purpose for her life. At the age of nineteen, Cheryl accepted Jesus as her personal Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit under the spiritual guidance of Bishop William L. Bonner of Refuge Temple Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith in New York City.
In 1973, God called Cheryl into the ministry and directed her to return to Miami to initiate a youth ministry dedicated to soul winning and Spirit filling. She organized Shiloh's Yong Adult Choir and became their first musical Directress. Many people were saved through her teaching, preaching, singing and witnessing. As a result, God anointed and appointed apostles, pastors, evangelists, teachers, and prophets through her ministry.
Evangelist Cheryl Brantley is the wife of Will A. Brantley, Bishop and Senior Pastor of Pentecostal Temple Revival Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is licensed and ordained as an Evangelist and has been Pastoring Pentecostal Temple II in Lake City, FL since 2006.
Evangelist Cheryl continues to provide spiritual direction to those she meets. She has established an Intercessory Prayer Group and an Interdenominational Gospel Choir at Northeast FL State Hospital in Macclenny, FL where she served as Assistant Hospital Administrator until July 17, 2009. Evangelist Cheryl is a prayer warrior and a true worshipper who loves the Lord, His word, and His people. She is a much sought after anointed preacher/teacher and prophetic speaker.
Evangelist Cheryl is the mother of two adult sons, Will II and Dr. Brandon and had been employed for thirty one years with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). She served for fifteen years as Hospital Administrator at South FL. Evaluation and Treatment Center, a maximum security forensic mental health hospital in Miami Fl. (until the 205 privatization of that facility). She retired with the State of Florida Department of Corrections where she was an overseeing the healthcare in all Correctional Institutions from Vero Beach to the Keys.
